**Q: Would this kit work on my flo master by aqua-flo spa pump model: 02110000-1 ?**
A: I had trouble with the kit, the bushings I received did not exactly match the pump. I ended up removing the pump entirely and taking it to a spa repair shop who replaced the bushing promptly and cheaply. The kit seems like a cheap solution but really the repair shop did the job correctly.

**Q: Are these made of viton?**
A: I can't give you the chemical make up of the o-ring, because I just don't know. What I can tell you is, I have had no leaks and the install went pretty well. I couldn't tell how long ago I rebuilt the pump, but I know its been a while and it has lasted longer then when I had my local spa repair guys do it. (Also I use chlorine and nature 2)

**Q: No matter what I do water leak from the shaft even after I replaced the seal twice I'm not sure if the spring is sitting right when I inserted it th.**
A: The ceramic seal surrounded by rubber that pushes into the impeller housing must sit flat and the housing must be perfectly clean before you push the seal in by hand.  The ceramic seal with the spring on it has a small metal part inside with tabs that hold it in place on the impeller and all the old material must be removed from the impeller.  Also the plastic shaft on the impeller that goes into the seal must be perfectly smooth with no scoring.  The other problem could be that when you removed the impeller from the shaft it was bent slightly.  If it is bent at all, the seal will not work right. It is easy to bend because it is a brass bushing pressed in to the plastic.  You might try replacing the impeller.  The other thing that can cause the problem is if the bearings on the motor are bad and the shaft wobbles even a little bit.  That is the best I can do without looking at it.  I had no problem with mine.

**Q: What size is the piping for these o rings**
A: don't know.  It's been over a year.  Too long for us as we are so old we tend to forget anything that happened over a day or so ago!!
