I have to bring handcream to work with me and cream my hands regularly throughout the day, during the cold months.. if I put this handcream on at night, I wake up and my hands are healed. Sometimes when my skin is really bad I use it in the day too, although it’s important to know that this cream can be a little greasy. It doesn’t sink in as quickly as some of the other hand creams however it’s about 10 times more effective.
