## Description

These tea temples house lovely little pearls of hand-rolled green tea tips which have been delicately infused with pure jasmine flowers. The leaves are just allowed to rest amongst the flowers to pick up their floral scent - jasmine tea doesn't get any purer than this. Once you cover with water,, the leaves will unfurl from the hand-rolled pearl to reveal a whole leaf and a bud - surprisingly hypnotic viewing we think! These particular pearls are often called "dragon phoenix pearls" – that’s because the tea bushes on the hillside look like a dragon coming out of the water. Although I've seen these bushes climbing the hillside I've yet to see a dragon getting out of a bath, so I can't vouch for the accuracy of this claim, unfortunately!.

That is not easy as most green tea in supermarkets are bitter. Can’t stand it. This is one of my all-time favorites as I can steep it twice and the jasmine is just as lovely and present as the first time.

Probably the best jasmine tea i have had. I first bought Tea Pigs during my recent visit to London. (It's half the price). But i love it so much that i don't mind paying twice for this jasmine tea and it's now part of daily morning breakfast. It's aromatic, flavorful but yet not overwhelming. After drinking this for over a month, i was tried a another brand of jasmine tea while traveling and it was undoubtedly different and lacking in quality. I posted a photo, in this one i took the pearls out and brewed it out of the tea bag. Either way works.
