There were 24 lids, but only 23 cups. Awesome. One cup was missing a chunk of its rim. None of this is/was the end of the world, but it was slightly disappointing. The cup size seemed smaller than I hoped when I unboxed it, but once I got the slime loaded into all the cups, it actually seemed to hold more than I expected! They are fairly thin, and I'm going to be using the slime as a gift in two weeks. I put them into a giant ziplock bag until the party, and I'm hoping they hold up well until then. Overall, I'm pretty happy, despite the missing 24th cup.
