The reason overall is because of how modern these fans look, how quiet they are and also how easy they are to install. The pictured installation guide was so easy to follow, more so than if there was a worded installation guide. We were able to choose from a multitude of colors and found one that completely matched our outside deck. There is no shaking to these fans even with using the longer down rod size, likely due to the solid build quality of the fan. The remote control cannot be lost as this is what controls 100% of the functionality of the fan. There is no string hanging from the fan. We bought two of these fans for the outside deck as u can see in the video and the individual remotes work separately for each respective fan which is great. The fan speeds are up to 6 and even at the top speed there is not shaking and there is more than enough wind generated. The light dims nicely from a warm light to bright white light with the touch of one button on the remote.
