A: I noticed a difference in about a week. I always had a low supply but this allowed me to produce a couple more ounces each time I pumped. I think it’s well worth it and the Alcohol free version tastes a lot better.

**Q: Does this have goats rue in it?**
A: Hello! Lactivist does not contain goat's rue. It contains a plant indigenous to Indonesia called torbangun.
