If you wear a helmet...these are it. I purchased a couple of these because when you find what you are looking for...buy them now...because you may not find them later. BTW the little plastic case is handy. Also. I use a small section of plastic straw for insertion....otherwise it like pushing a rope and they won't get seated properly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They simply work *by B***B on October 23, 2018* Plugs stay put, block more noise than usual and are pretty comfortable. I took them on a trip and wished I would have remembered to trim the stem of them first as it did cause some discomfort as you laid directly on your side. I made it thru several nights with a loud snoring husband along with the help of my white noise machine. Thumbs up for me and I have tried many plugs along with other solutions. I used these at night while sleeping and each morning I woke up and my ears were killing me. It was I think a mixture of pressure build up and comfort of the ear plugs themselves.
