I used to have to get a knife to prise the seal off! But I think it's been improved now. The seal is perforated now, so twist the whole top until the seal separates, then keep twisting and pull upwards and it comes off. **Q: I have sweaty balls (sorry) , will this help?** A: Yes, don't use to much down there.
