Problem being in the expansion unit apparently. On removing the cover and inspecting the boiler unit it is shockingly low-cost: - extremely cheaply made and even if it doesn't leak initially the suspect quality would have me concerned to leave the house without flooding the place in your absence. If you have one I would uninstall it immediately - it's a liability. However the Tap unit appears much higher quality. After sales service was not helpful either: "You have installed it so you can't return it" ?!
