Please DO NOT USE FOR OVEN GLOVES. You will get badly burnt. **Q: Can the gloves be washed either hand or machine wash?** A: I've washed them and they were ok. 30⁰ and don't tumble dry! **Q: My Quesetion is why state you get two pairs when you only get one?** A: Hi not sure but if you check there are several Boxes that state 2 pairs and there are other boxes that do not state this. So i am guessing you hit one of the Boxes that did not offer the 2 Pair offering. **Q: touch screen?** A: No they're not but they are very warm and comfortable. Good gloves but not very water resistant at all and they get quite heavy and soggy - so ok for dry work only. Otherwise decent quality and no issues.
