Very absorbent! SUPERRR neon. My kiddo loves to throw half of his bath out of the tub on a nightly basis. This rug is smaller than I wanted (my fault, I didn’t read the specs correctly). Despite the size, it somehow absorbed ALL (not most...all!) of the water he threw out of the tub. It’s very soft and a very fun texture. The color is really not the same as the one in the picture. I ordered the orange, and it’s like fluorescent orange. If I was a betting person, I’d bet that this is glow in the dark. I also thought it would be fuller, more...fluffy? It’s a little more thread-bare than I expected.
