Review: Deadly defect!! - The product was defective right out of the box. Issues include: 1). The thruster propeller runs backwards 2). The control trigger switch does not work. 3). As soon as the wires are connected the unit runs continuously. No control what so ever This was a birthday gift for my grandson. Had he just used it, there was a potential that he could’ve drowned with no control and the thruster running backwards. The company wants me to pay a 10% restock fee and pay for shipping.. again, it arrived defective!! This is totally unfair and against desertcart policy…. I need help please. This thing could’ve drowned my grandson, and if it didn’t flat out kill him, he could’ve been made into a vegetable by lack of oxygen if he panicked! desertcart, you must get involved with this. I have a video, but this app won’t imbed it.
