You can warm it in the microwave for a few seconds to use it as a warm compress and it helps release more of the lavender scent which is very relaxing and soothing. I have bought one of these animals for each of my nieces and they all have loved them (ages range newborn-10 years).

The only solutions for me are aromatherapy and eye masks. I ordered this after I spent three days in bed with a migraine that left me complete debilitated. My 20 month old daughter absolutely adores her puppy as she calls it. She brings it everywhere and sleeps with it nightly. The quality is awsome and it smells absolutely incredible. Can't say if it helps her sleep cause she never sleeps but she absolutely loves it and it makes her so happy which makes it so worth any amount of money.
