I’m guessing that wood glue wouldn’t “take” properly? **Q: Does the treatment stain or change the colour of the natural wood? small area needs treating but I dont want the colour of the wood to be different** A: you will never be able to fill a gap or hole to match existing colour,even when it is natural wood. My best assessment is that the colour is a light beige. You would have to dye the surface to match. **Q: Which colour is it** A: It's a clear liquid, if that's what your asking by your question. It seemed good when I used it. Drys nice and hard. **Q: will this protect a tree stump carving of a owl** A: It will help.
