I highly recommend these pads unless you want to go through endless cycles of laundry which is almost a given with a newborn baby.When you get them, they might look small but they're actual a perfect size. I ordered another brand of changing cloths and those ended up being too big, making it a hassle to lift a poopy baby and trying to find another area to put her down in to pull off the changing cloth. With these, I can just easily lift up her butt and yank out the dirty changing pad and proceed with changing her diaper.
