When it arrived we were missing one of the top caps, so I emailed the seller. They responded very quickly, and after a few days let us know that the factory would send a replacement. Coming from China it took several weeks, but they did send us two instead of one, which is a good thing because my bad dog had chewed one up after it had popped off when the umbrella tipped over in a wind (you need to weigh the base down). The sewing on the fabric could be better, but you get what you pay for. Covers a huge area, was large enough to create a covered space across my entire deck.
