It's made of a closed-cell foam material that provides good insulation and support, and is durable enough to withstand rough terrain. Daher war mein Kumpel als Iso-Schicht mehr oder weniger nur auf die Z Liste Sol (+ eine 0,5mm dicke Elefantenhaut + die kaputte luftisolierende Schicht + einen Schlafsack) angewiesen und wir hatten wärmetechnisch überhaupt kein Problem.
