It has enough room for two pens, inhaler with small spacer and a bottle of antihistamine. The instructions and emergency contact cards add an extra bit or reassurance and formality rather than just using a bag or lunch box. It’s hard and insulated and the best item I’ve seen that’s fit for purpose. Expensive but worth the money. If I could change anything I’d like it to be bright red or have a big red first aid cross on the front to stand out to others that it’s a first aid bag but that’s just the paranoid parent side of me.
