Review: Wrong Information about the size of the product - Too small - The information given about the product states that the size is 44 cmx39 cm x 4.3 cm as per the pictures shown about the product. However, the size of the product received is only 35.6 cmx 32 cmx 3.8 cm. It is clearly a misrepresentation. I had opted for it because of the bigger size compared to similar products listed and hence was ready to pay the additional amount. I feel cheated as I do trust desertcart for most of my purchases and this is a big let down. I request desertcart to check this product about the above misrepresentation and offer me a resolution.

The information given about the product states that the size is 44 cmx39 cm x 4.3 cm as per the pictures shown about the product. However, the size of the product received is only 35.6 cmx 32 cmx 3.8 cm. It is clearly a misrepresentation. I had opted for it because of the bigger size compared to similar products listed and hence was ready to pay the additional amount. I feel cheated as I do trust Amazon for most of my purchases and this is a big let down. I request Amazon to check this product about the above misrepresentation and offer me a resolution.

I've been using it for a couple of hours and I am surprised at how comfortable it is, no more hip pain and it's nice and cool. I'm using it on my main chair and I no longer have a hot bottom, I was worried that you would feel the hexagonal pattern but you don't. Would definitely recommend if you have to sit for long periods.
