**Q: Is the plug 2 or 3 prong?**

The AC plug is a 2-prong but the advertised DC output is not 28 VDC as listed. The actual output on the power supply is 29.5. The  pictures online show 128 VDC but that is not what I received and was critical to what I was needing  - CAUTION!
The original ordered supplier was Magnetbest but what I received was from UpBright - again CAUTION!
