This was not unusual as most puppies take time to broaden their acceptance of unfamiliar flavors. The product sat on the shelf for months in a cool dry place.. Thought we would try again. When I opened the container the product had turned to powder and the volume is now one third of the container. Soft chew is now powder. I didn’t buy powder. And if I had bought powder I would not have paid this high price for 1/3 of the volume. Afraid to use in this form not knowing if it is defective. At this price I expected a better quality product. Maybe this is a one time occurrence? Company should guarantee their product.
