I finished all three bottles and saw no positive results. They taste great, but they also have lots of sugar and carbs, so they should taste great -- like candy, really. I'd buy them again as a candy if they were cheaper than they are now (over ten bucks a bottle) because I am a sugar fiend, but I wouldn't recommend these to those looking for something to aide in weight loss.
