Review: Excellent product - Excellent product, cleaned all my windows and those above the conservatory, also clean the facias too.
Review: Great for windows, not so much for solar panels on a standard house. - Well packaged and easy to assemble with clear instructions. Worth giving the Allen screws on the clips a bit of a tighten to ensure the poles are secured in place. Took note of previous comments and did not extend each pole fully. However, this will not reach the 2nd row of solar panels on a 2 storey pitched roof with a 30 degree angle, even using a step ladder to gain more height. My trig is a bit rusty but I thought I had calculated correctly the length needed. My mistake! A 9m pole would be better than the 7m I purchased. I did use it successfully on my high-top camper van roof, and it was great for cleaning the house windows. Now looking to buy a ladder roof hook and use the pole partly extended, so I could probably have got away with the 4.5m one. Ho hum!

I was unable to speak to a person at Amazon, so had to put a comment here , that the plastic jar was broken when we came to use the extending brush. We did not want a refund or replacement, but to replace the jar. Within a week a new jar has arrived from JML, what service from JML & Amazon, brilliant
