Q: Is this big enough for the ortur lm2?

you would need to check the out side dimensions of the laser. For my xtool d1 I actually have extra space inside which makes it easier to work inside.

Q: Is it tall enough for a lightburn camera setup.?

My camera support is 15" high, I still have least 3" to the to the top of the enclosure.

Q: What's in the package? And is it easy to install?

ALL parts needed to assemble the enclosure are included. It is SUPER easy to assemble. Maybe 10 minutes max. You will need to supply your own ducting, window/wall connection, and exhaust fan.

Q: Does this enclosure come with a fan?

No fan just a vent on one side.
