Works great!
Works great, I had to mount something to a clothes dryer and this product delivered! Dryers get relatively hot and other products I tried didn't work. I'm glad I found this product.

The best single component adhesive
I've used this for several years, gluing rear view mirror, outdoor lamp, my Polaris pool cleaner frame, etc. with uniformly good results. if it's a critical joint, use JB weld, it's the highest strength, but this smells better and is more convenient. If it's important, I don't believe in roughing up the surface, that won't compensate for poor adhesion. Clean with 91% alcohol, and heat with a hair dryer. This is essential to remove the invisible water layer on all surfaces and additional water condensed due to alcohol cooling. If the glue hasn't filled the joint, heat it after application with hair dryer or heat lamp until it flows. Now you have a joint.

Great adhesion on a car seat
My leather seat in the car was getting cracks and rips, so I wanted to put an embroidered patch over it to hold it together. I tried regular iron-on patches, which worked okay during the spring, but as soon as summer came and the interior of the car heated up, the glue failed. I tried this Loctite glue and it worked like a charm! It has held the patches on all summer, no matter how hot it got in the car, and there haven't been any further tears at the edges or anything. I had to use a q-tip to spread it to the very edges of the patches, but this is holding up on the top left side of the driver's seat, which sees a lot of friction getting in and out of the car. Very impressed.

Does the job, but hard to use and overpriced.
I used this to glue down the edges of some peel-and-stick tiles that had lost their stickiness due to a minor flood caused by a defective washer hose. It’s messy to apply and the little tube is not easy to deal with. What should have been a simple job involved too much struggle. After gluing, I weighed the tiles down overnight with cast iron pots and pans and a blender. :-). That was about a month ago and so far, the repairs have held up. There’s a plywood subfloor under the tiles, and in some spots, the plywood was wet. I dried the wet spots with my blow dryer before gluing. Although the problem seems to be solved, I was frustrated that, for the price, I didn’t get much glue. I won’t be buying this product again.

Works Great, follow directions!!!
So this stuff works where most don't! Be sure to follow directions and prep the things you are glueing, also it's so important that you rough up the surface of where your putting the glue either lightly with sandpaper or poke it with something pointy & sharp quit a few times, the bond will be that much stronger! Allow it to sit 5 mins or so after applying glue to both parts needing repair, it should be kinda tacky when you bring the pieces together. And if possible clamp it so it holds tightly and allow enough time to dry and bond!!! Seems that ALOT of people don't follow directions or properly prepare for the glue to actually work like it's supposed to then they mis inform others by leaving uneducated reviews of products that are really actually good if used for intended purposes and take time to read & follow directions!!!! Hopefully helpful!!!P.S: if you lightly grease or oil the inside of cap and tip of glue container before screwing the cap back on, you will have no problems when you need to use the glue again, or wasted product because the cap bonded to the glue tip! NOT A-LOT, little goes a long way. To much could get inside and change the chemical make up or consistency of product! Be Blessed!
