Very sturdy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by M***N on 12 January 2026* Funny what gets us excited as adults. I've been lovin this baking sheet. Stainless steel body with an aluminum core. Stainless steel gives nice durability and easy to clean (can scrub it hard without damaging it, unlike aluminum sheets), while getting the desirable even heating qualities of aluminum from the core. Included rack is nice. Looks great and I've used it for meat roasts of all kinds and roasting veggies. Plenty big enough to make dinner for multiple people.
