I used it yesterday and it printed fine. Today when I opened the program it performed an update and now I cannot print. I can print on regular paper, but not on the tax forms. I cannot align the printing. I use the alignment tool and nothing happens. I was on chat with them 3 times and nothing works. Tech #2 suggested that I should just buy a new printer. The printer I have is only 3 months old and worked YESTERDAY!!! Oh, the update constantly gives you updates asking you to use their e-file service which you have to pay for. Perhaps that is what the update was really about, to disable printing and force you to purchase their e-file. ### ⭐ What a horrible experience... *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2019* I have been doing this for years, and I will never buy this software again...1. The original disk I was sent was corrupted and they told me that the error message meant eveyrthing had not been properly loaded to the disk. So, their customer service send me a link to a download.2. The 2018 would not upload the database from 2017 software.3. Some of the date entered to the forms refused to print, when I printed the form, even though upon going back to the forms I created, the data was clearly there.4. The data in the far left column was so far to the left, and the numeric data in the number fields were so far to the right that any adjusment, regardless of which way you went, put data printing outside the boxes. The same was true of up and down. ### ⭐ It doesn't work. *by E***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2021* Customer service just sends links answering questions I didn't ask and solving problems I don't have.The thing is, it doesn't print the form. Grays out all the choices, doesn't bring the recipient names to choose from, so can't print. It also describes how to align but gives no boxes to use to adjust alignment. Gonna go dig out a typewriter and ask for a refund. Absolutely worthless. If anyone can prove me wrong, please do.
