They are to scale for miniature doll houses but these doll houses are for little tiny dolls a few inches big. **Q: Is this set lead free?** A: It is so small you couldn't put more than one drop in it. Probably not a concern. **Q: Where are these made?** A: The seller looks to be in the US but more than likely all their items are made in China. (I don,t know that as fact, just guessing by how inexpensive they are ) This company has the cutest and best quality dollhouse items I have ever seen. click on see "store front" The problem was I was not trying to get dollhouse furniture.
