Review: Good compact unit - Great unit, keeps room nice and cold, easy to use, wheels to help move from one room to another, packaging great, cut ties at the top, lift outside box off the unit very neat unit great relief from this heat. Tried to order another unit for my mum but unfortunately out of stock
Review: 11c air blown at me within minutes of installation - The people saying it doesn't work have not sealed the room properly that's doors and the window must be air tightish the window kit works on vertical lifting old style sash windows that you lift up NOT OUT then the kit fits perfectly. Within minutes it was pumping out 11.3 c air while the room was 31c no doubt it can put out colder air once the rooms air that's feeding it drops, within an hour then room was 26 but the walls being solid in my house store heat so if you stood near them you could still feel the radiating from them so the air con is battling against that at the moment. Obviously Bosch won't make a lump of junk as some have claimed. Night time mode is also quiet enough to sleep with. Very happy with this purchase.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it have a tank for dehumidifier & what is the minimum temperature it will operate at please**
A: It has an internal tank and the display lets you know when full. Using the pipe supplied you can then drain the tank. Cooling mode goes down to 16 degrees

**Q: Does this have the ability to cool down 2 bedrooms?**
A: I have it in the hall outside 3 bedrooms. It cools the hall down very well but the bedrooms take much longer to cool and don't cool as much. If you had one in each bedroom it would be far more effective of course.

**Q: Can the hose be extended as the unit cannot be sited near a window**
A: The hose is a fixed length.  If you can't site near a window then you will need to purchase a hose that will be long enough to reach the window and hang outside it.

**Q: does this appliance have a heating function ?**
A: It has 3 functions, air con, dehumidifier and standard fan, no heat element.

Yeah, very good! The noise level is reasonable for the job it has to do - at the end of the day it's never going to be quiet, it's an air conditioner, but it has definitely saved us and saved our sleep over this heatwave. Set it up properly, with the seals, turn it on, forget it, be patient and let it do it's job and you'll have a lovely cool room.
