Update: I still love these cookies! I recently found out that I’m allergic to soy! I did a food challenge yesterday and Found out I’m mildly allergic to peanuts. I ordered these as a goodbye to peanuts. I ordered yesterday and they came in today. I’ll forever miss the peanut butter one but will continue to order the cashews. Simply mills is simply amazing!

As someone who had to give up grains and sugar due to health reasons, I can honestly say everything I have bought from simple mills have been amazing. I make my own peanut butter cookies from time to time but there nothing like these. These cookies are a little on the sweet side, however there still good. Definitely worth the price . Update: I still love these cookies! I recently found out that I’m allergic to soy! I did a food challenge yesterday and Found out I’m mildly allergic to peanuts. ### ⭐ Burnt Taste

I got the peanut butter sandwich ones. They seemed a lot darker than the photo on the box (almost brown) and had a horrible burnt taste. I had to spit the cookie out. Unfortunately, you can't return food to Amazon (understandable due to safety reasons) so I had to throw the entire box away. Afterwards, I looked at some other reviews and I see that other people had the same issue as me. Lesson learned ... read reviews before purchasing, not after.
