We had to come up with some creative ways to handle her hygiene needs and this product came in clutch. I used a similar product on my patients in the hospital when I was a bedside nurse but I wasn't sure they were sold to the general public. These are great! You put them on like a shower cap and start massaging. Of course it will not replace a solid shampoo job with rinsing off in the shower, but it's an incredibly convenient option that does a great job. The smell is nice, but not really a selling point. It helped my mom feel fresh and clean when she had to stay in bed for days and days. If the person can reach their head they can do it themselves, but it's also quite easy for another person to do the massaging for them.
