Counter-productive formula that exacerbates GI mucosal damage Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased four containers of this product (totaling 12,000 INR), trusting the marketing claim that it repairs GI permeability. However, upon professional clinical review of the "Other Ingredients," it was discovered that this formula contains Citric Acid and Natural Flavors. These components are direct contraindications for anyone suffering from a compromised or inflamed intestinal lining. Scientific Critique of the Formulation: Chemical Aggression (Citric Acid): While used as a preservative, Citric Acid is a known chemical irritant to the gastric and intestinal mucosa. In the context of "Leaky Gut," the protective mucosal barrier is already eroded. Introducing an exogenous acid triggers chemical micro-burns and inflammatory responses in the denuded epithelial cells. Instead of facilitating the "sealing" of tight junctions, it creates an acidic environment that hinders cellular regeneration. Pharmacological Toxicity (Natural Flavors): The term "Natural Flavors" is a proprietary chemical loophole. For a person with autoimmune sensitivities or a damaged gut, these complex mixtures act as "Molecular Aggressors."
