They are a standard sized capsule, 24mm x 9mm and are easy enough to swallow with a drink. I didn't notice any taste, but they have a very slight, pleasant odour. This is a 30-day supply of 1000mg quercetin per day (2 tablets), perhaps a little costly, 'though it does have a quality feel about it. I decided to take them to see if they help with a chronic health condition, plus my immune system does need a boost in winter. The following day I coincidentally came across many people in an online support group saying that quercetin is really helping them - so we'll see. I'm not sure whether it's best to spread the 2 capsules out across the day or to take them together - I will try taking spacing them between morning & evening.
