Can i make it with regular cabbate (not napa) and green onions?** A: There are a ton of different ideas on youtube.com and www.allrecipes.com. I personelly use both Nappa cabbage and Bok choy with long cut green onion. Make a mixture of garlic, daikon radish, carrot, fish sauce in a blender. First soak your cabbage in a brine for 3 to 5 hours then rinse well.
