## Questions & Answers

**Q: Photos all show the towel warmer with a mat underneath.  does the warmer get hot to the touch and, most especially, over the floor?**
A: Mine is in the tile shower floor. I have a large shower, so water hitting it is not a concern. It does not need to be on a mat. Heats up quickly and is great!

**Q: The timer on mine will not change from 15 minutes is there a way to override that?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Please try letting the 15 minute cycle run to completion and turn off on its own. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then press and hold the power button once more to turn it on and try adjusting the timer.
