On November 10th I received an email saying "Your new machine is on its way", with an order number and tracking link to UPS, But UPS says it has no information, I waited a week or so and called Dyson back (but I have to say each time I called I waited at least 20-30 minutes to talk to someone whose English is very hard to understand). He told me it takes 7-14 business days to process. After a few more phone calls I was told I would have a new machine on November 27th. Of course, it never came. I called again on November 30th and the man I talk to said he would send an email to wherever these machines come from and call me back. Needless to say it is now December 3rd and I have not heard from him, I do not know what to do from here. But I am very disappointed in Dyson and their customer service.
