We already had several, but not enough for an extra large class. When one of the radio's transmit button stopped functioning, we plugged in an earpiece and we were able to transmit again.The earpieces work well, with good sound quality. The comfort level is acceptable for wearing most of a day in training. We have had no problems with the earpieces yet, so I'd rate their quality as good.
