The Carrot exfoliating soap is truly beneficial to remove dead skin cells. Exfoliating facial skin should be 2 to 3 times per week. You can exfoliate more often in other areas that accumulate dead skin cells, such as your feet and other parts of the body that collects more debris. I got a sample through Beauty Army and fell in love. Lightly exfoliating, multi-purpose, smells great (soft and clean), doesn't irritate my skin, and if you don't want to exfoliate, just lather in your hands and rub it on your face. The more you lather, the creamier it gets and it rinses squeaky clean, but not overly dry or tight. This bar is going to last a LONG time. Note: as of 12/14/20, it's cheaper to buy directly from the Dermis8 website. $7.99/original bar, or a combo of the Charcoal & Original for $14, rather than $20+.
