It took about a week to get to me. I tried it for the first time this morning and I haven't decided yet if I like it or not. It's big and clunky and heavy - so I have to get used to that. It takes almost a full minute to heat up. It only has 3 temperatures to choose from and 450 is the lowest setting, nothing in between. It straightened my hair just fine, but I couldn't get it to curl with the brush.
