She had lost most of her hair on her legs, on her chest and underneath. We used the shampoo bar first, which calmed her down, it was very easy to use and rinse off. I also used the soap along with this and the results have been amazing, even our vet was amazed at the result. Although I have to say on some dogs it doesn't work as well from my understanding but try it we were so glad we did after years of trouble with itching skin and nothing working this had the best result for our dog. **Q: Is this like the cream? I currently use the cream but would like both** A: Yes it's exactly the same only in a spray form which is better if you are covering a large area. I use both the cream & the spray on my dog .
