**Q: Is the blouse separate?**
A: It is not a blouse; it’s just attached white sleeves and the ruffles on the bust.

**Q: Does the dress have white ruffles on bottom**
A: It is as shown. The lining is uncomfortable if you’re going to be sitting, i wore this two days at Oktoberfest in Germany and it held up but i took the lining out the second day so i could sit comfortably it’s so rough on ur skin. For a costume it held up really nicely. The white ruffles are at the bottom of the black itchy lining
