Review: Absolutely awful - We put this on our outside slate patio, it's left streaky marks where it was applied but worse, it's all black when you touch it or walk on it. We've tried to jet wash it off but it's still leaving marks and footprints. It's a nightmare, took ages to apply and now we have a patio we can't use. No idea how we are going to sort it out.
Review: If you pressure washer first as I did let it dry then apply. - Works better on a dry patio. I used neat came up nice. I will go over again.

Works better on a dry patio. I used neat came up nice. I will go over again.

### ⭐ Made no difference.
*by C***S on 7 July 2025*

As it’s water based, it’s very thin, and I’m sure might absorb into freshly quarried stone, but on mine, it’s simply ran off the stone. Where I did manage to get it to rest, it evaporated and made no difference to the tone of the stone. Just naff really… The photo shows which stones I coated, with some wet patches still visible but these even disappear when dried.
