I eat low FODMAP and it is a struggle to find good tasting recipes that are easy to use. What’s easier than a mix you just add an egg, milk, and sour cream to?I will say that because I am strict low FODMAP I cannot eat sour cream unless it is lactose free. When I ordered this I was out in the boonies and unable to buy any lactose free yogurt or sour cream. So instead I blended cottage cheese with almond milk!! And it is amazing.
