Do you think it would handle one piece of 80lb paper?** A: Yes. It will. I would only do one at the time but I have ran heavier weight thru it and it will handle more than 3 regular weight at the time as well **Q: Can it do accordeon tri-fold?** A: I have just folded brochures. I hand feed because I didn't take the time to deal with the mass feed. Works great and fast. **Q: I need to have a 4 inch fold on an 8.5x11in piece of paper. Any chance this can have custom fold measurements if I don't want a true half fold?** A: Yes, you can do a "tri-fold." And by changing the settings you can have a 4 inch fold. May take a bit of "playing" to get it the way you want it. CAN be done! **Q: will this folder work with thinner "Invoice" Paper?** A: This folder will work with 20 - 28# paper. Standard copy paper is 20#.
