**Q: Hi does fortisip put on weight**
A: My mother has one Fortisip compact drink every day to supplement her diet because she has a poor appetite and eats very small meals.  As a result of her eating habits her weight is slowly decreasing,  However, she is obtaining all the her daily vitamins and minerals from the product which her diet would miss if she didn't have the drink.

Bought these as I'm struggling to eat most days due to medical issues. I can't have sweeteners and these were the only ones I could find that don't have them in which is crazy. I like that this has a selection of all the flavours in it. I've only had one and I didn't like the taste at all but I'm hoping I'll find a couple of flavours that I am ok with. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't take it and I know I need the nutrition so I'll keep on having them. I can't afford many though so am only having one a day. I'm waiting to see a dietician on the NHS so I'm hoping they will prescribe them.
