I can't use it with a thick corner desk, so I'm assuming it will be difficult to use on an angle. However, if your desk is open all the way around like the one shown in the picture, then you should be able to hang it however you want. All they need now are fruity umbrella drinks and an ocean view...but, alas, they will have to deal with the bottom view of my cubicle. You may have to improvise on the setup. I have a corner cube and rigged this thing between the space of the walls and the desktop. It's not perfect, but it's better than the tired file box as a footstool.
