It is a slight bit big for my hand, but it is only because I have very tiny hands. Otherwise it feels great and eases a lot of strain. I loe the bottom rest which is the main feature as to why I purchased this model. I recently had carpal surgery, so this has been wonderful to use. Especially with the DPI button, since my accuracy is not 100% yet when pointing the cursor. I wish I had known about vertical mice, years ago. It would have made life easier, but I am excited to have this around now. I purchased one before without the wrist rest and it short circuited within a couple months and wasn't as comfortable.
