One thing to note that when you go on a trip, you can't bring water through security anymore, so I take it in empty and fill it up before getting on the plane. When I'm at a resort (that might have unlimited drinks), I bring it to the bartender to put my favourite cocktail in and it stays cold on the beach for hours without getting watery and without me having to get up for a fresh drink (because it's gotten too warm). The finish has one tiny chip out of it where I dropped it on the cement, but the chip hasn't gotten bigger and the dent doesn't affect the lid ability. The same amount of ice that I usually had in other brand of tumbler last throughout the whole day but it was not for the case for this Yeti.
