Sometime in the last few months it went out and started leaking. I discovered this AFTER most of my fish got sick and died. I order an emergency replacement from the seller. However, after it was delivered, I found it didn't work. It could have been the light, or it could have been the ballast. I installed it (since it didn't leak) and replaced the ballast with my old one. Thank goodness that worked. I emailed the supplier and explained the issue, in turn, they promptly shipped me a replacement ballast via FedEx.
