As far as compression and the soft thick cotton material?** A: These are better than the VS knock out leggings! I love the VS leggings, but not the price. These are definitely the best for the price. And doesn't stretch or get funky when washed. **Q: Will a 3x fit a size 22 plus size?** A: It depends on what kind of fit you are looking for. I am 5'7" tall and 232 pounds. I normally wear 1X or size 18W-20W, but I ordered 3X because I do NOT want tight compression pants that make me feel like I'm wearing a tight girdle. The 3X fits like a dream! Heavenly comfort all day with just a little compression that gives light tummy control and supports my arthritic knees. Wide, extra-high waistband does not slide down when I sit, and POCKETS for my cell phone and keys when I am out and about. These are the leggings I have been searching for! **Q: My hip size is 43". What size do I order? The chart is confusing.** A: Maybe try XL. These run just a tiny bit large but they are SO comfortable. When you open the package, you might think, no way is this tiny thing going to fit me, but it will. The leggings also help with shaping and tummy control. I absolutely love them. **Q: are these of the soft matte material or the smooth, slightly-shiny spandex?** A: So I’m totally opposite for the likeness below. I like the more smooth shiny look and not the brushed matte feel/look. I just ordered the olive in the capris and they are brushed/matte. The style is too heavy feeling and it picks up animal hair of any kind or just lint in general. I have 3 other colors regular style and they are shiny but the the black one is matte. I save that one for colder weather. Sending back to try again for a shiny one! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by K***E on 27 March 2025* I love it.Good material, hold well and delivered on time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended *by S***A on 13 March 2025* Very nice, looks good and proper shape ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing *by R***S on 29 April 2022* These are amazing. I use them for the gym, or for errands around the city. They are comfortable for long walks, have pockets and suck everything in. I got one and decided to get another. Might buy every color later and not use any other legging. I got size 3XL. ## Frequently Bought Together - THE GYM PEOPLE Thick High Waist Yoga Pants with Pockets, Tummy Control Workout Running Yoga Leggings for Women - THE GYM PEOPLE Women's High Waist Workout Shorts Breathable Dolphin Split Elastic Lounge Yoga Shorts - THE GYM PEOPLE Womens' Yoga Pants High Waist with Pocket Tummy Control --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/555206434-the-gym-peoplethick-high-waist-yoga-pants-with-pockets-tummy](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/555206434-the-gym-peoplethick-high-waist-yoga-pants-with-pockets-tummy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
